Your question regarding recliners and keeping a table got me thinking about what might be possible. To check out my thoughts I dug out one the left over table legs and the original front (small) table and put it where I thought it might work. Check out the attached pics. A long, narrow table would be my choice if the DW wants one. The piece of cardboard is 16"x34".
