You will see a 1/4" plywood board. Go to Lowe's and buy 2 hinges and 3 L brackets. Before you cut thru the tabs holding the board in place, center and attach the hinges on the left side. Then cut the tabs and lift the board. There is a heat resistant membrane. You can reattach if you choose.
