I would say probably, but two things prevent this:
Money
And time
And finding people you trust to do work
Resale would prob be a prob to find an owner if need to resale in future
My time taken up with care, so I can't do the work myself as my people cannot be left alone for long periods of time (hence the reason for the vehicle to start with)
And they (my peeps) approaching their century expiration date...
So, time is of the essence
