Water Pressure Question

First off I understand the difference between flow (GPM) and pressure (PSI).

Out rig water pump delivers 3 GPM. Not sure of what pressure it produces. I always use a regulator on the campground water sources. But man we get not much more than a strong trickle using those. When we use the shower I just furn off city water and use the pump for more flow.

I just bought an adjustable regulator. But, obviously, I cannot find the Thor spec that states water pressure limits on the system. What is a "safe" setting. Would 60 PSI be too much? Could I go higher? Should it be lower?
