I think I would have an issue with a vehicle that generated its own vibration, with perfectly true and balanced tires on a smooth surface. Ford has been building vehicles for 115 years and they are telling you they haven't figured out a way to not have its own front suspension and steering linkage generate its own vibration????? I have had many vehicles both large and small over the many years I have been driving, and have never had any of them generate its own vibrations, without something wrong, or worn components. I think I would contact Ford directly. Try to get in writing from your dealer, that your vehicles vibrations are normal for that vehicle. If possible see if you can get an independent shop to trouble shoot it and give you an written estimate for fixing it. Would strengthen your case when dealing with Ford.
