I do know there are Sumo Springs for the F-53 chassis, I myself would be more inclined to go that route, as once installed, there pretty much maintenance free !
I did install a set on the rear of my Former Truck , a Ford F-350 King Ranch, along with rear Bilstein Shocks, and it made an almost unbearable ride, somewhat pleasant!
Etrailer.com has some video of the Sumo Springs in action, and I can't see how they wouldn't help. I may put some on my 2017 Challenger 37BT, if I can keep the rest of the doors from flying off ! ! !
