Thank you for your insight, engrprof. Like I've said, any and all information is helpful at this point. I did make contact with a customer service rep (Ron Baker) again today. I will be scheduling my fourth service visit for this same water damage issue. I will keep this thread posted as to my experience. Today, at least, the rep seemed more compassionate...if that counts for anything. Best wishes, again, on the hassle-free delivery of your 3901!
