Thanks for the heads up. We have some damage in the bathroom that needs to be repaired: the wall to the left of the bathroom vanity has split horizontally. Looks like two pieces of wood were used and the smaller one, nearer the floor, moved outward and tore the wallpaper. There's also damage to the right of the split. It looks like a screw or nail ripped a hole. Such fun.
