I agree with you TurnerFam.

I found the two 100 A push-button breakers but they are fine.

I'm trying to figure out if a relay in the inverter bay might be the problem.
The relay is open; one terminal is 12V and the other terminal is 0V.

It's the best picture I could get with the wiring harness covering the relay.

I've checked all the fuses outside of the fusebox. Hoping a small ampere fuse is blown that prevents the coil picking up to the heavy #4 wire.
