Must be like CW: a good one here and a bad one there.
My experience was completely different: I took ours there because the genny quit (they had a batch with bad fuel pumps). Guy at the front desk was telling me that I'd have to make an appt and it would be a few months before they could get me in. Meanwhile the mechanic in the back opens up the genny looks in, says "hey I think we have these pumps in stock", replaces the fuel pump in about 15 minutes, calls the front desk: "Its done send him on his way"...
No charge.
