CONTACTING THOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Easiest way to contact Thor Customer Service is through the Thor Motorhome website. Go to Thor Motorcoach Inc., at the top of the page click <Owners>. When the owners page opens, click the <Contact Customer Service> box. A contact form will open. You'll have to provide the year, model, and VIN on the form. Ask your question in the space provided. Additionally, you should ask Thor to send you the .pdf files of the construction drawings (battery schematic, electrical schematic, fresh water schematic, and waste water schematic) for your model and floorplan (these are the drawings contained in the Appendixes for my Vegas 24.1)

If no response, call them and get an email address to send your pictures and all other documents you have to them.
