so here is exactly what happens: After being told to open the windows in the bedroom by ceo (ok’ lady) i unlocked the small window in bedroom slide then was attempting to open it when the top medal piece with the locking mechanism in it came off the top of the window and screen and onto the floor. Widow will open with some effort but will not stay open. Top medal piece might have been glued??? Not sure. I can use to top piece to prop open the window. I can also shove it back on to lock it. Real pane ( get it ) in the donkey!
