I've been reading more and more about this skylight and it seems the best option is to remove and reinstall. There are two missing metal clamps that hold the skylight to the sub frame along with a cracked board. I don't think that contributed to the leak, they just didn't use enough sealant. Thor workmanship throughout our 24ST is pretty bad.
Thor will be getting an ear full from me on Tuesday. Not that they give a flying flip. I just don't understand their quality control. It's a good thing I'm handy with tools. Taking an RV to a dealer for warranty repairs is a death sentence. Unless its major mechanical,
I'll fix it my self which probably falls right into Thor's business plan.
