Getting sidetracked....
Pressure in RV is either campground pressure ( hose- limited by the regulator shown to +- 50psi) or by your internal water pump to 45-50psi.
Almost any showerhead will work. The Oxygenics adds air to the water flow, actually passes less water but is more effective as a shower. Other shower heads pass more water, fill your holding tanks quicker which may not be desirable if you are not connected to a dump station.
Another advantage to the Oxygenics is it has a shutoff valve built into the handle, again to conserve water between lather and rinse. (sea-shower) Separate in-line shutoff valves are available.
Unless your want to re-plumb the shower -your shower head and hose will have to match the diverter valve fitting.
