Glad to hear they are stepping up. It's been a big problem. Ours failed as we started on the first big trip. We went right back to CW, 2 techs, 2 hours and no clue. August on I-5 for 2200 miles with no dash AC. I gary-rigged 2 ducts from the forward coach AC vents, running the genny for the roof air. Two very unhappy campers. I finally got a tip from the forum and passed it on to CW service along Thor's dash schematics. CW service said Thor doesn't supply the diagrams. WTH!?! I was also told early on that itvwas a Ford issue .
Sure enough, the primary wire to the Thor bussman fuse block was never tightened!
