We fill the bowl with water about 1/2 gallon prior to flushing and then again after flushing. We also add Calgon to the front toilet to make it slippery underneath as it is on the opposite side from the dump valve and has a narrow shelf under the toilet for collecting whatever comes down. Then hopefully gravity takes over.
Seems to be working since we started full timing (almost a year now.)
