No shelf, but we put 3 of the 3M fastener hooks on that wall for hanging towels.
I have screwed things into other walls in the coach: Use glue and/or epoxy and do it very carefully--the walls are very thin.
When screwing into the wall on the right side (when looking at the toilet, the wall that is towards the front of the coach in the bathroom) keep in mind that the waste tank vent pipe goes up that wall.
