I suppose if it’s all hooked up you could just get you one of those portable dehumidifiers and sit it on the kitchen counter and drain into the sink. We use one in ours at times and the amount of water it wrings out of the air is amazing.

It might be less wear on you a/c but, it will push out warm air so that might be a problem? Probably couldn’t run it while you’re inside the MH.
