It is most likely in one of the cabinets over the sink (at least that where mine is located). The connection is on the cover plate that controls the amplifier for the outside King Jack TV antenna. The problem is there is a splitter in the coax that does not pass the DC current needed to power the dish. You must bypass the splitter or purchase a splitter that has a terminal that will pass DC current. Just take the panel off and fish out the coax attached to the backand at the end you will find the splitter.
