Yes Bob.
Dave, SuperD, suggested the silicone spray. i put it in the window track, top, bottom, and side where the window locks. Sprayed, moved the window back and forth, sprayed again. Did this a couple times. Window moves very easy now and no more wind noise. THe window was hard to move before doing this. Now its easy.
THe silicone can should have a straw so you can direct the spray. Towards the end the straw fell off into the window track then down into the wall. Glad I was done when that happened.
