Bob, we had the same thing going on with our 29.3. The window is not closing all the way. Spaying the silicone works. And I'm not sure why they stick just enough as to not allow it to close all the way but it does. To be sure it is closing all the way, when you latch the window you will see it will pushthe window out if it is not closed all the way.
