I did seal the fan and will investigate the roof vent, good point.


The wall is ok, as you see in the pictures the thing that worries me is part of the floor that was humid.



I revoved part of the vinyl flooring to let it dry , also using a fan.


Wondering if that will fix the issue, or small part of plywood will have to be replaced. Any suggestions or comments on how to deal with flooring issues like mine.
