They have to limit how many people drive on the beach because there are so many motorhomes they run out of space to park. There are hundreds every weekend in the summer.

I'm not sure we would call that a beach in California. It looks to me like a rocky outcropping. I do not think there are many California public beaches where they even let ANY motor vehicle on anymore.
