sadly, I can't say with certainty based on that model
...maybe if you could post a photo of yours it might help folks to confirm.... because I'd suppose it could be possible for Thor to have used different styles even in the same model year.

I'll say this, mine pry off like an old hub cap. I found that one of those flat pry bars from a hardware store, like this

does a good job with mine.

I'll add this, after wrestling with them for a couple years because the holes were too small to get my hands through the wheel hand holes, I eventually took them off and left them off. I wish I'd done it a lot sooner!
