Not much you can do about the water in the bottom of the tank. It shouldn’t hurt anything unless you were going to leave it for a long time in hot weather where it might grow stuff. Even then flushing will clear it up along with occasional sanitizing. We don’t drink water from the tank so I don’t worry about mine at all. Hopefully even when you are dry camping you will be able to fill the tank from a hose before you go. If you have to do it by hand you might be able to make a funnel on a short section of garden hose. It would not be convenient!
