I’m leaning toward the two pneumatic arm in the picture two posts above the problem then becomes how to find the right size supports and the mounting will be tricky bc the only solid surface is the thin rv side and the door is recessed into that surface. It would appear to need brackets to mount the supports then attach the bracket to the door. Until I figure this out it does made sense to go to a smaller support but just be careful and not bump into it. Don’t ask how I know it’s important not to bump it.
