Thor will reimburse you for a mobile tech if you are under warranty, if you get it authorized, FIRST. After you get the estimate approved Thor will send you the parts requested by the estimate. I would never leave my coach at a dealer. Take the coach in to the repair facility and stay with it as techs trouble shoot. Get the estimate with a list of parts required and schedule the repairs and take the coach back home. The two days later call Thor Motor Coach and inquire if your dealer has ordered the parts and when they expect to be shipped. If Thor did not get the order, go to the dealer and let them explain why. Prepare for excuses but stand your ground. Yes it is a pain but most find it necessary.


I would choose my RV dealer with the care I would choose a heart surgeon. I made a 660 mile trip to buy my Hurricane. Except for collision repair, it has never been at a MH dealer.
