I bought a spray can of ??? lubricant from the dealer, who said with the slides out spray the entire track, then run the slide in and out once or twice, once or twice per year, depending on usage. I was also told to never use anything else to lubricate that schwintek mechanism. Can't recall what that stuff is, keep it in the storage garage, but it was kind of expensive, as I recall.
