Fix!

Turns out the leak was coming from the antenna cable. For some reason rather than running the cable inside of the ceiling from the antenna to the control switch it was run across the roof. Only the two ends of the cable had been sealed by draping caulk over the cable which left a void along the bottom of the cable for water to run through. Sealed the whole run of cable an now the leak is gone.
