1. You can get some fittings that will tee off at the tank.
2. There are kits you can get that put a marine connector on the side of the coach--may not be what you want but you could mount the surge suppressor inside.
3. I have one like this which has worked quite well.
4. Usually any FWD car can be towed on a dolly. We've towed our Escape, our C-Max, and now our Chevy Bolt on an ACME dolly. A frequent recommendation for a toad is a Jeep--but if its 4WD or AWD then it most likely wouldn't be dolly towable.
