There should be cases open with the NTHSA, and, since you had the issue, you can file a complaint also. For us, since we didn't have the issue, and we didn't want to take a chance with having our pups locked inside with us on the outside, we went ahead and replaced the ZINC TRI-MARK locks with the STEEL TRI-MARK locks...

For 150.00, it seemed to be "cheap" insurance....
