Kitchen sink drain failure

A word to the wise for Quantum WS31 owners. We had the sink drain to the grey water tank come undone last night. The drain connection is behind the blank panel on the second row of deawere on the slideout. What i found

1) The elbow into the tank was not secure allowing the assembly to rotate. It rotated to the point it allowed the hose to be dislodged by the cabinet frame.

2) The hose is held into the elbow by a system of 4 heavy cable ties, as well as the compression connection.

3) there is a black bag that encloses the hose and flange and closes off the slide opening. Ours was in a pile allowing a huge opening into the mh.

Talked with Thor Customer Service. Actually got someone who kner rhe exact system, it's parts anh how to refit properly. Realigned and tightened elbow, reattached hose with compression fitting, rerouted system of cable ties, refit and closed bag cycled slide a few times to verify alignment and no binding. Will recheck periodically.
