I would suggest you call Axxera first and see what they say. Find their number on their web site. You'll need to know the model number, which should be on the front of the unit. If it isn't an easy setting fix, go after your dealer and Thor warranty.

I had the same issue with my brand new outlaw. It was defective and a new one was ordered. The connection would not hold.
