I defínetely don’t need a ladder on RV’s back wall to get on roof. There are better and safer waye roofs.

Absolutely, I've a telescopic ladder ordered as, although I've 12ft steps at home, I wouldn't go on a trip without some means if getting on the roof. The ladders on previous Rv's we've owned felt rather flimsy and I was glad to getup/down without incident to be honest.
