Installed Scissor Jacks

Put them on today but not without a fight.

a. Had to run into New Bern (70 mile RT) to get 3/8" threaded rod, washers, nuts and nylon nuts.
b. First one went on without a hitch except having to do a re-bend.
c. Second one was the fight. Had to cut half of one flange off so the jack would fit between the generator and the frame.
d. Thunder, lightning, power outage. No compressor - hand tightened all fittings.

I must say they went on easier than anticipated. Guess I was figuring I would have to "angle" them to clear the hitch but I was wrong.

Will use this weekend and check the tightness of the fastners. (Used fender washer, locking washer, nut, nylon nut).

Got 5,000 LB Scissor Jacks from CW.
