The hot water heater drains by removing the plug at the bottom. It most likely is a white plastic plug.

As for the low point drains, that drain your lines, you should have at least two. One for the hot and one for cold, depending on your coach you may have another set. On my 29.3 ACE I have one value behind the outside shower set up. Thats between the pump and the shower. I have a hot and cold one located at the outside kitchen area. The best way to find is to look under the unit for small tubings coming down.
