18'X41' with 12' legs. I was gonna have it made narrower, around 14' but they wanted more money for labor. They also said there would be stability issues (side to side) with it being so high and narrow. The wider footprint does give it more shade cover on the sides during early-mid morning and late in afternoons. Plus, if we have threats of hail, I can move it over to one side and get 2 cars under it, next to it. If they'll do 14 for same price...call em...order up.
