The batteries only provide 12 volts to the 12 volt circuits. The outlets are all 120 volts and run from either the shore power connection, the generator, or an inverter if you have one. You may need to check to see if you have an inverter and if it is powered on. If you don't, you are going to have to run the generator to power those outlets until you connect to a power pedestal somewhere.
