I had the same problem on my Hurricane. The switch had to be toggled a few times to make it work.... and then it stopped working. Of course, it totally stopped working on the first day of a 6000 mile trip.

It is important that you listen to the click sound while you can in order to locate the cabin power solenoid (relay). Thor told me mine was in or around the battery compartment. It wasn't. Mine is located under the bed. Since power to the solenoid was fine it and was being switched properly I determined the problem was the solenoid itself.

Once I found the location I ordered an exact replacement from Amazon. Replacing the old one was easy. No special tools required. I turned off the power and removed one wire at a time from the old and connected it to the new.
