Starting drive engine monthly ( Ford V10)

I try and start my gas engine once a month to keep the gas fresh at the injectors. Will it hurt anything with the shore line hooked up? The coach batteries seem to charge @13.2 and when you start the engine they go to 14.5 which is normal for a alternator out put. I have not been unhooking the 30a AC cord, does any one to know of any problems doing it this way to the inverter? When I start the generator I do disconnect it then.
