towing

Get yourself a Ford Fiesta. Only weighs 2600 lbs. We tow all four down.

We have 2017 26HE with Ford E450. Cannot tell the car is back there when towing.

We bought the 2017 Ford Fiesta Hatchback, auto trans, moon roof, for $14,500 out the door price last year.

Went to a Hitch specialist shop had it rigged for flat towing, base place, tow bars, permanent installed towing brake control, all hook ups. Had everything installed. Best decision ever.

no need for extra lights, setting up brakes on pedal. None of that.

With car engine running, put foot on brake, place trans in neutral, wait for indication that trans is ready, turn key off, leave key in column so colum will not lock when steering, turn off battery, hook up tow bar, safety chains, electric line, turn on system and go. We have it down to about five minutes hook up time.
(also bought battery turnoff switch at auto zone and installed it on battery post.)
Be sure to read owners manual under recreational towing.
