I think you may be in trouble. Sync usually applies to sync between back and front motors. I believe the top and bottom drive cogs from a particular motor (one motor per side) are hard connected top to bottom. If so, this is mechanical problem with the drive teeth and slide out tracks. I have not taken one apart myself but have had multiple slide issues (drive teeth, stripped slide out rails, and failed motors) that required several trips in for service. I would call your dealer or Thor customer service. Good luck
