Have you taken yours into a service department?
I have a mobile service technician that I use for annual maintenance and I trust him. He helped direct me to a Master Service Technician that works at Camping World; and apparently knows his stuff when it comes to these Schwintec slide outs. I’ll post what the outcome is.
