It's almost "that" easy.

You'll need a ladder on the outside and something to stand on inside.

Glad he mentioned shaking the slide, ours would have never come out without me pushing out at the top of the slide and prying up on the motor at the same time. still wasn't "that" easy, a ventriloquist wouldn't have any trouble.

And now for the questions.

I have a soldering iron, anybody know where these 3 wires go?

OP did you get your fixed? the YouTube video makes it sound easy
