If you are having problems with your tankless water heater (TWH), you might try these tips. First, adjust temperature on wall control panel to desired shower temperature and only turn on hot water handle in shower. Second, shut off or disconnect city water connection and use fresh water tank with water pump - On, if a low pressure City Water Connection is suspected. These should help out in most situations. Caution, when you hear beeping from the TWH panel, that is a warning that you are about to get ice cold water, turn handle off or preferably spray shower water away until it warms back up in a few moments.
