Especially since the deal involved is NOT the selling dealer. I have heard many horror stories about some dealers that won't even work on units that they don't sell. In this case, we dropped it off about 2:30 pm and they began working on it the very next day. I'm very pleased.
Not sure if forum rules allow for posting dealer names but if so, I would be happy to give this place a 5 star review.
