I've had my Thor Challenger 37GT for four years. Thor has given nothing but outstanding advise and help. Dealers keep your coach forever for even the most minor repairs etc. circuit board for dash fans and mirror adjustment..3 weeks. (spoke with Thor rep. part was in stock) Water leak...two weeks...still leaked upon pick up. All warranty work. $4000.00 for warranty is a waste of money. You actually have a house on wheels that just like your stick house needs TLC if you want it to operate correctly. Good Luck and happy camping.
