Well that's a start. And if we could keep records of visits, good or bad, that might help too. I went a little OCBP and bought a hardback Notebook with lots of laminated pages. All the 'stuff' that you get with the RV went in there. Got another Notebook for all the repair slips. Oh yeah, since I like to work on my RV, I add my notes on parts I replaced myself in those pages. Still would like a DVD of the various systems and how they work, if they don't what is wrong...etc. Sometimes those little things get forgotten in my old age.
