Had the exact same issue in my 2018 Synergy. After lots of reading it’s clear that you should only use the hot water, never turn on cold to mix in. Set the TWH setting to around 104 or whatever suits you, and leave it. Turn on only the hot water and it should warm up in 15-20 seconds. Also, switch to your tank and turn on the water pump. Relying on city water connect is unreliable. I also switched out the shower head to an Oxygenics and it improved the force of the spray.
