2000 pounds difference on the front to rear tire is most likely a bad shear spring.
1300 difference side to side sure seems high.

And after the first time I saw the guy with the scales just throwing them around, I figured there is no way I would trust his equipment.


If you have a bad shear spring I would change both on that side.
